Felicia Brewster is a licensed real estate agent in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C.  Originally from Ohio, Felicia relocated to D.C. in 2016 to pursue a new career and fell in love with real estate and the DMV area. A graduate of Tiffin University, Felicia is an award-winning professional with over nine years of experience in client relations, communications, administration, and sales support. During her time in real estate, Felicia has served and supported hundreds of clients to buy, sell and rent in the DMV.  A master of organization and communication, Felicia excels at encouraging and leading teams to success with a collaborative and client-focused approach. 

As a way to give back to a community she now calls home, Felicia volunteers weekly for her local Senior Services Meals on Wheels and Senior Grocery Shopping Program. Felicia serves on the Alexandria Housing Affordability Advisory Committee (AHAAC), as well as the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Young Professional Network Advisory Committee and CARES Committee.  As a DMV transplant, Felicia understands the importance of finding a place that feels like home, which drives her desire to ensure her clients have the same experience.
